We deliver throughout Canada and the United States.

Delivery Cost

  • Deliveries outside the GTA and freight shipments are handled by third-party carriers.
  • Items are inspected and documented prior to pickup from our facility.

  • Shipping insurance is optional. If insurance is declined, responsibility transfers to the customer once the item leaves our facility.

  • Delivery Timelines (Estimates)
  • GTA: typically 3–5 business days

  • Outside GTA: typically under 2 weeks

  • USA: typically under 2 business weeks

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics, carrier delays, weather, or other external factors.
  • Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items will fit through all access points, including (but not limited to) doors, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and condo service entrances.
  • Returns or exchanges due to size, access limitations, or delivery constraints are not available, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Failed Deliveries / Re-Delivery Fees
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to any of the following, re-delivery fees will apply:
  • Customer not present at the scheduled delivery time

  • Unavailable service elevator (condo/building)

  • Restricted access or blocked entry points

  • Incomplete delivery instructions provided in advance

  • Indoor delivery

  • Assembly (where applicable)

  • Placement in the customer-designated area

  • Removal of packaging materials

  • Please ensure delivery areas are cleared prior to arrival.
  • What’s Not Included
  • Moving or removing existing furniture

  • Disposal of household items

  • Additional services may be arranged directly with the delivery team at the customer’s discretion and may involve additional charges.
  • Property Considerations
  • While care is taken during delivery, responsibility for property access and conditions remains with the customer, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

  • We offer free local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their order in person.

  • Processing & Tracking
  • Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships (when applicable).

  • Duties & Import Fees (USA Orders)
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, brokerage, or import fees when shipping to the USA.
